We are always asked why do people want to open a franchise and in particular why OPI. So to answer those questions we put them to one of our franchised offices run by Martin Grosvenor and Emma Tilley who recently moved here to Spain. With two children in tow what was it like and how are they feeling now?
We never actually thought of franchising until we saw the OPI Website and thought, "Hey why should we have all the headaches re suppliers, landlords etc when someone else can have them instead".
We saw the potential as soon as we saw the website and met Mark and Lee, their vision for the future of OPI matched what we'd been looking for.
We were involved in investments and property development.
Leaflet deliveries in 36 degree heat.
It's when we get people coming into the office who've seen the leaflets and want to sign up for property management. That makes it all worth while.

What can we say to that, we've been open 8 weeks and decided to expand our area by buying another franchise, the futures brighter than the Spanish weather!!!
