Within our geographical coverage there are literally thousands of new homes being constructed and even more that are now completed. All of these are potential clients from either the pure management of the property or the opportunity to produce revenue from letting them for the owners. Owners know the risks from just leaving the property unattended for months on end, especially when they are thousands of miles away.
The percentage of clients required in relation to the amount of available properties needed for a successful business is exceptionally low and therefore makes this business extremely attractive.
