A deal signed with DIS, Digital Information Systems will mean a roll out project beginning in January 2008. It was an exciting start to the month when two offices open their doors for business. Both Algorfa and Mojacar have already brought in new business in their first week of trading and yet again more owners will have their properties in secure hands. Lee Jones, C.E.O explained,”with opening in Mojacar it links both our Costa Calida coverage and our Costa del Sol operation, we now have true geographical coverage from The Costa del Sol up until Moraira in the Costa Blanca North”. OPI Management and Lettings Spain´s largest management and rental company returned record bookings for their summer period. Commenting on this achievement Lee Jones C.E.O said, "a tremendous effort from every office took our occupancy in some areas to nearly 100%, this shows that our continued effort on finding the correct marketing channels are working": OPI will now concentrate on its already highly successful campaign on returning long term clients to its owners.

OPI have now opened its first Costa del Sol office and commenting on the new office, Lee Jones, C.E.O explained,” this is another huge step for the group and having now opened our first office we are now looking forward to our planned openings of at least 6 further Costa del Sol offices”. A fantastic achievement was made recently when a charity golf day which was organised by territory directors Glynis and Tina raised over 4,000 euros for their chosen cancer charity the A.A.E.C. The OPI rentals team came in a very good second place so lets see if next year they can move up to the number one place. The evening consisted of a fabulous meal set in the wonderful Eduardo La Finca restaurant with some great live music and finishing with an auction which had both OPI Directors running around the pool doing their best to raise the bids!
