Overseas Property Investments (OPI) S.L. is a Property Management and Rental Company providing professional management, rental and added value services to home owners abroad. OPI has been established since 2003 and operates from it's offices situated in Pilar de la Horadada in the province of Alicante.

Our primary function is Franchisor of Property Management and Letting Services offering people the opportunity to purchase their own business through our Franchise Network.

We currently manage 14 franchises extending from the North Costa Blanca to the Costa del Sol in the south.

OPI have a number of opportunities for the purchase of franchises in the North Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol and Mallorca.
